The Sports Therapy Clinic :Our physiotherapy clinic provides treatment for sports related injuries. We focus on treating peripheral joints: knees, ankles, shoulders and will also see neck and back injuries. We provide care for all levels of athletes in the National Capital Region with an emphasis on patient education to reduce chances of re-injury.We direct bill our patients each visit unless you qualify under the new OHIP plan and then your visits will be partially funded. Refer to our fee schedules for further information. In some cases we may recommend the athlete sees their own family G.P. or one of the doctors at The Sports Medicine Clinic, also located here at Carleton University. We accept referrals from other doctors as long as the injury is sports-related. An injured athlete may contact us directly or by phone at (613) 520-3511. We are open Monday to Thursday 6:30a.m until 7:00p.m. and Fridays 7am to 4pm. |
