What is Massage Therapy?
Massage therapy is a technique used to treat and prevent muscle, soft
tissue, joint and soreness pain. It can be used to treat specific
injuries and also for general relaxation.
Massage therapists have completed a 2-3 year program from a recognized
massage therapy school and are in good standing with the College of
Massage Therapists of Ontario.
Registered Massage therapy is covered by most private health plans.
What we use Massage Therapy for?
Registered Massage Therapists (RMT's) are fully trained to help relieve:
- back and neck pain
- repetitive strain injuries
- stress relief and associate conditions
- headaches and migraines
- muscle pain and soreness
- pregnancy and labour discomfort
- post-surgical rehabilitation
- and many more conditions
